Introduction

Hello everyone,

My name is Marc (as i'm sure you already gathered from the title). This is me:

So, on to why I created this blog. Over the years, i've seen people asking for all kinds of things on the internet. In 2008, there was Louise Aldridge who infamously asked for and incredibly received all the money she needed for a breast enlargement. That story of course touched my heart.

Other people have received money online for things like buying a car, paying off credit card debt, getting a hair transplant, medical biills, etc... And yes there have been some practical ones too such as Kelli Space who asks for 200k to pay of her school loans, which on a far lesser scale I can relate to. http://www.edulender.com/twohundredthou/
Or people who have cancer or other legitimate reasons that they desperately need the money.

The point that i'm making, however, is that from boob jobs to a new car, to cancer treatments, to college debt, people have asked for money for just about anything and everything, practical and unpractical. So the question i've had for so long is, why can't I?

What's my story? It's a simple one, and there's probably millions of others just like it. I didn't grow up poor, or rich, I lived in a middle class family. I was fortunate enough to go to and finish college, with a business management degree. I came out of college with a big debt (both through credit cards and student loans), and have only been able to get minimum wage jobs since that time, which aren't even enough for me to live on my own. There are so many things I want, and in fact so many things I need and simply can't get. I'm 24 years old, I can't afford my own apartment, my own food, I've never owned a car, and i've simply been living a life I never envisioned myself living when I was younger.

Why a million you ask? Well I admit, a million is a lofty goal. But I said to myself, first of all you gotta dream big. If people can make millions for putting a ball through a hoop, or for becoming an internet sensation, why can't I become a millionaire because I've put in a lot of hard work for minimal gains, and I just generally want a better life for myself, and for my parents.

So, if you want to help me out, I would greatly appreciate it and that's really my dream. Whatever you have to give, $1, $10, $5, it doesn't matter. There's so many people in the world that every little bit would count. Thank you for taking to time to read my plea! And I hope to hear from you all in the future.
